1. Shipping Destinations

PixelSim currently ships within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping coverage and will update this policy accordingly.

  • All orders include tracking and are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, postal delays, or courier disruptions.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

4. Tracking Information

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on the selected shipping method.
  • You can track your order through the courier’s website or via the link provided in your email.

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check Your Tracking Status – Your tracking link provides real-time updates.
  2. Verify Your Shipping Address – Ensure the details entered at checkout are correct.
  3. Contact Our Support Team – If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, email contact@pixelsim.com, and we will assist you.

Claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


6. Returns & Refunds

PixelSim offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products. For details on returning an item, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged items– Playco will cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind returns – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once dispatched, the return process must be followed.

Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped to:

Important Notes:

  • Do not return items without receiving an RMA number from our support team.
  • Customers must use tracked shippingand keep proof of postage.
  • Returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed.
